Jose Mourinho set to axe EIGHT first-team stars

Manchester United’s new head coach, Jose Mourinho is plotting a massive clear out at Old Trafford to pave the way for the signing of Juventus star, Paul Pogba.

Reports claim that the ‘Special One’ wants to prune the team down to just twenty two players and Pogba is said to be central to the Portguse tactician’s plans.

As it stands, clubs have been contacted to try to attract interest for the eight United players who will no longer be at the club at the beginning of next season.

Sources say that the players to be sold include Morgan Schneiderlin,nBastian Schweinsteiger, Memphis Depay, Juan Mata, Daley Blind, Marcos Rojo and Adnan Januzaj.
