Recently, both MTN and Etisalat introduced Do Not Disturb (DND) Code in compliance with NCC directive to give customers option to either subscribe or unsubscribe from Unsolicited SMS messages and it seemed it is the best thing to ever happen in the telecom industry this year but there is some hidden truths i discovered which i would like to share.
